Dr. Janet Parachin, PhD

Senior Instructor

Janet Parachin is a certified Yoga therapist, Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and Reiki Master Teacher who has completed over 2000 hours of training in yoga anatomy, restorative and therapeutic yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda. She is the founder and Director of Yoga Spirit Academy yoga teacher training program in Tulsa, OK, USA since 2007.

She and her partner Victor Parachin founded Tulsa Yoga Meditation Center in 2010.

    Each practice has two videos--an explanation video and a practice video. The practice video can be downloaded as a video and an audio so that you can save it to your device. A new practice will be added each and every month. Check back on the 5th of the month to see the new videos.

  • How long will I have access to this course?

    Your access to this course does not end. There is no expiration date for this course.

  • Do I need to have a background in Yoga to do this course?

    No prior experience with Yoga is needed to do this course. These practices are accessible to everyone and are pretty much guaranteed to make your life better.

  • How much computer knowledge do I need to do this course?

    Not much! This learning platform is very user friendly. You can access this course on your computer, tablet or smart phone. If you run into a problem, contact us by email and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

  • Can I get a refund?
